So important, but I’m not sure one of them is like the other, at least not for me. Is writing a book an act of joy? Creativity, yes, but I’m not sure I can say it’s a joy for me, more something that must come out, if that makes sense.

they're all just suggestions - some people may not find the kitchen very joyful either! But I think we can all discover what feels joyful and meaningful for us
