Thanks! I’m going to be reading- Elizabeth Gilbert’s Big Magic; Forever Strong by Dr Gabrielle Lyon; Kokoro by Beth Kempton; and Sorry I’m late, I didn’t want to come by Jess Pan.
This made me smile because limited time challenges (although I’m not keen on that word) appeal to me too and I will be offering a daily thing for the month of June 😊
I’ve done my 5 days of EFT, it’s been really good. Setting it all up beforehand with resources for each day, putting it in my diary and setting reminders has really helped - and ticking it off on my challenge sheet (paid members perk!) anyone else doing something new this month?
Gorgeous invitation and so glad that on day 5 you are sticking with the EFT, Sarah. I did a 30 day writing challenge back in November and found that it was easy to stick to my 30 mins a day on a specific project until I had one day off which led to me falling completely off the wagon! So I'm good at sticking with things but not good at getting back into something if I've been waylaid!
Ah that’s so common! When I work with clients on trying our new habits etc I encourage them to build in steam freezes and the like do they know they have maybe 2-3 days in the month that it’s ok to not do the thing. Might that work for you?
So into this
do it ;) ✨
May is my birthday month, I’m doing 30 days of reading to get back into a bigger reading habit
well happy almost birthday - i wish you a month of fun and discovery! what are you reading?

what a wonderful selection! I have Kokoro on my TBR pile, you know, I might just start that tonight :)
I just finished Spring Light with her and am exited to dive into the book before starting her 7 week writing course mid-May.
ah great! what a treat!
Adored learning the amazing (pretty easy) technique & benefits of EFT a few years back! Going to do 30 days of EFT too 💕
oh great! you'll have to let me know how you get on!
I did my first day already, a 10 min tapping sequence before I started work, felt great!

I have committed to draw in my sketch journal this month of May to rebuild a daily habit. 🤞🏼
Love that!
That is my challenge. I am going to make a sketchbook with 30 days to fill with what is outside.
This is so great! I’m now on day nine of tapping :)

Now, if I was going to be disciplined about it maybe yes!
Streak freeze… 🙈😂
