Honestly, I think leaning into the different seasons of my business has been the biggest shift for me in recent years. I didn't open Instagram for the whole school holidays (6 weeks) a few years ago and was both surprised and delighted to find that the world didn't end. It was definitely something of a wake up a call and a reminder that we don't always have to be 'on'.
