I’ve done a lot of work on boundaries in the last 6 months... I’m a chronic over giver 😚
I used to be too! first step is noticing that, second is working on the boundaries to keep yourself in check. once you get used to it and usually, notice that there's less fall out than you thought, it becomes easier :)
